Delivery Policy

Everything CodesDen sells is digital. There is no physical product, nothing is couriered, and no shipping charge is ever added.

Software subscriptions

• Free trial — access is granted immediately when you create your account. Nothing to wait for.
• Paid subscription — after you pay by UPI and confirm on WhatsApp, we verify the payment and activate your account. During our working hours this is usually within a few minutes, and always within 24 hours.
• Once activated, the software is available at codesden.com/apps from any device with a browser and an internet connection. Nothing needs to be installed.
• Your login details are the email and password you chose at signup. We do not email passwords.

If activation is delayed

If you have paid and your account is still locked after 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot. We will sort it out the same working day. If we cannot activate your account at all, you get a full refund under our Refund Policy.

Development and design projects

Websites, mobile apps and custom software are delivered according to the timeline agreed in that project's quotation. Files, code and access credentials are handed over online — by email, a shared drive, or directly to your hosting and repository accounts. Timelines are agreed in writing before work starts.

Service area

Our software works anywhere with an internet connection. We serve customers across India, and support is provided in Hindi and English. For businesses in and around Agra we can also come to you for setup, at no charge.

Delivery charges

None. There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges on anything we sell.
